Zone 2 is a 1oz gel anesthetic that contains a vascular constrictor to reduce swelling and bleeding during procedures. It is safe for use around the eyes, although care should be taken to avoid getting it in the eyes or mouth. This product is for preparation for pain sensitive procedures such as permanent makeup.

This product contains 5% lidocaine which is the highest amount available without a prescription. It also contains epinephrine, a vascular constrictor, which reduces swelling, bruising and bleeding. This makes it the choice for fast onset and reduction of areas such as lips or inner arms, where bruising and bleeding are a problem. This product is for preparation for pain sensitive procedures such as permanent makeup.

Remember to remove all anesthetics before continuing your procedure.

Product Instructions

FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY: Temporarily relieves pain, itching or swelling associated with anorectal disorders or other pain sensitive procedures. Check with client for history of allergic reactions to topical anesthetics before applying. Keep in a cool, dark place, out of reach of children. Discard by expiration date.

WARNING: Avoid direct contact with the eyeball. If contact should occur, irrigate with copious amounts of sterile saline and seek medical attention. DO NOT SWALLOW. If you should accidentally swallow this product seek medical attention immediately. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. DO NOT use this product in the rectum by using foreign or any mechanical device or applicator.

SUGGESTED APPLICATION

DURING PROCEDURE ANESTHETIC

2-5 minutes

Use this product during painful procedures to continue the anesthetic effects of your pre-procedure topical anesthetics, or to deaden broken skin. It will have no effect if applied to unbroken skin.

Always wear gloves while applying. Apply to the procedure area with an applicator, cover with plastic and wait 2-5 minutes or until anesthetic effect occurs. Rinse off thoroughly before continuing your procedure so that the glycerin base does not saturate the skin. DO NOT REAPPLY this product to the same areas because it can cause the skin to become so numb, you could harm the tissue and the tattoo. If you need more anesthetic effect before you have finished your procedure, use SJ3 or Vasocaine to continue the anesthetic effect. Zone 2 will keep the skin anesthetized and constricted for up to two hours.
