My name is Joel Mejia, I am an unapologetically queer tattoo artist from Manteca, California. I started drawing at a young age, and since then I have always excelled at art. From winning art competitions and scholarships, I have always pushed myself to create the best artwork possible. I started tattooing my senior year of high school in 2016 at age 18. I am now a college graduate with 5 years of tattooing experience. I am well versed in all styles, both in black and grey and color.
