I’m Sailor Jesse I apprenticed under my brother Ryan Briscoe almost 10 years ago, since then I’ve owned Parlour 1916 Tattoo and have been a traveling tattooer. I spent 8 years in the US Navy traveling the world and fighting crime. Now you can find me at various tattoo shops and conventions throughout the states. I don’t turn away any style but I mostly focus on Black and Grey/Geometric/traditional/custom and anything linework based. I am always pushing myself and my art both in and outside of tattooing, always striving to be the best me I can be.
